                                  Founder

Fernando Said, J.D., has an extensive background in reviewing, preparing and negotiating contracts. He is currently a Contract Consultant in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area, where he studies, manages and negotiates contract terms for his clients. Notably, Mr. Said works with reputable start-up companies, including an innovative local restaurant application.

Before beginning his contract consulting business, Mr. Said served as a Contracts Administrator for Pharmaceutics International, Inc., supporting the organization by managing and handling business development and legal matters involving confidentiality agreements, master service agreements and commercial supply agreements. In this role, he successfully negotiated agreement terms and conditions between clients and vendors.

Mr. Said previously worked as a Legal Analyst for Williams Scotsman Inc. In this role, he managed, reviewed and negotiated company standard corporate agreements, lease agreements, sale agreements, vendor agreements, change orders, confidentiality agreements, transportation, insurance, and other operational agreements. In addition, Mr. Said analyzed and revised the organization's standard contract terms based on applicable policies, case law and related federal and state laws.

Mr. Said graduated from West Virginia University with honors and earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Baltimore School of Law. In Mr. Said's spare time, he enjoys traveling, supporting local business and spending quality time with family and friends.
